Security Management: We will audit and scan your e-business applications to diagnose the level of security and pinpoint vulnerabilities. Typically, the testing is combined with load testing to measure the effects that a heavy load of users has on the application security. Denial of service attacks (DoS) are simulated and customer’s Intrusion Detection System (IDS) is validated.

Defect Management We will tailor the associated workflow process and tools to your unique business needs for efficient routing of problems, status notifications, metrics collections, and benchmarking of project status. Our strong change management expertise can be leveraged to manage problem, defect, and incident resolution throughout the enterprise using tools like ClearQuest, Vantive, and Remedy.
